Awards: The River Rats present two annual awards: one to the River Rat who contributed most to the organization; and one the an association for their contribution to the River Rats. Holders of the River Rat of the Year and Association of the Year awards are listed here.

AWCF: The Air Warrior Courage Foundation is an affiliate of the Red River Valley Fighter Pilots Association, formed by military aviators to "care for our own." We focus on active duty, reserve, and retired military personnel and their families needing financial assistance for medical, educational, and other extraordinary expenses not covered by other military, veterans', or charitable institutions.
