Leslie W. Brockwell, 89, Fort Worth, Texas, formerly of Flanagan, died June 23, 2009, at Broadway Plaza Healthcare in Fort Worth. Cremation rites were accorded in Texas.
He was born in Richmond, Va. to Wilford and Melissa Poole Brockwell.
He is survived by one sister, Mae Zastrow, Garden City, S.C.; one sister-in-law, Shirley Knight Brockwell, Flanagan and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Iva Zehr and one brother, Ernest Brockwell.
He was an Air Force veteran of World War II.
