Japanese artist Isao Hashimoto created this time-lapse video of 2,053 nuclear explosions that have taken place between 1945 and 1998. It starts with the "Trinity" test on 16 July 1945 near Los Alamos, NM and concludes with Pakistan's nuclear tests in May of 1998. North Korea's two alleged nuclear tests are not included.
